Dr. Waage Pediatric Dentistry
Design BuildFabricate

Case Study

Des Moines, Iowa

Task

Transform a pediatric dentist office into a barnyard experience.

Scope of Work

Weber Group, Inc. was asked to transform Dr. Waage’s dentist office into a barnyard experience for kids to make them more comfortable and excited about oral hygiene. To do this, the check-in area was turned into a barn and the Fresh Country Market is where patients can play while  learning about dental hygiene and healthy eating habits. Young patients can even brush the teeth of Weber’s animal fabrications. The lobby became an outdoor country space with a wall-to-wall landscape mural, barnyard benches and a grain silo play area. The dental operatory resembles the interior of a barn with barn wood, chairs and wacky barn animal photographs. By the end of their visit, patients will be relaxed and looking forward to their next appointment.
