An exact replica of the Official Mint Julep Glass

Made by: Weber Group, Inc. a Louisville, KY based design, build, and specialty fabrication company.

Material: An acrylic sheet heated and molded to the shape of the glass
At the top: 1 1/2 inches thick and at the base: 3 inches thick

Height: 72 inches (6 feet)
Rim: 36”
Base: 32”
With topper (straw, stir stick, and mint sprig: 8 feet 10 inches. The wooden platform the glass sits on is 3 feet tall.

Capacity: 206 gallons when filled to 5 3/4 inches from the rim. Will serve nearly 5,000 + Mint Juleps in an official glass

Weight of Glass: Empty 310.5 lbs.
Weight: Filled 2026.5 lbs. or about 1 ton

How long did it take to make: 4 weeks
How is the product served? A pumping system pumps the mint juleps out through a 1/2 inch “straw”.
