The two and three-story new 156-unit, affordable apartment community consists of 12 one-bedroom, 83 two-bedroom, and 61 three-bedroom units of rental family housing range in size from 839 square feet to 1,167 square feet. Weber Group is the design/builder of the development. Our client, LDG Development and its Principal, Chris Dischinger remarked, “We are so excited to be unveiling such a wonderful new place to call home. It’s evident they take pride in where they live and we are thrilled to be able to improve their overall life experience.” The $19.3 milli on project is located one hour Northeast of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. All units have Energy Star appliances that include a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave in addition to laminate plank hardwood floors and plush carpeting. There is ample parking plus 2nd and 3rd floor covered balconies AND all units meet Fair Housing Guidelines. Weber extras include a resort-like swimming pool, outdoor playscape for children, a picturesque gazebo with sitting areas and barbeque grills, an indoor communal space with a furnished clubhouse, cinema screen theatre room, kitchen area and a business center with complimentary Wi-Fi on all computers.
Funding for Steeple Chase Farms is made possible through several sources including federal issued tax credits from TDHCA, Stratford Capital Group for equity investment and Comerica Bank for construction and permanent lending.
