Scope of Work

Located in the heart of central Texas just east of IH-35, the Harris Branch gated community is convenient to shopping, schools and significant workforce opportunities. On site residents can enjoy amenities from our clubhouse facility, which houses a community center, a business center complete with computers and internet connections, an Olympic swimming pool, children’s playground and a sand volleyball court, as well as a fitness center and a state-of-the-art theater room. The 248 spacious apartments range from a one-bedroom, one bath floor plan to those with three bedrooms and two baths. Each apartment includes features such as nine-foot ceilings, covered patios and balconies, washer/dryer hookups in some units and an on-site community laundry facility. In addition, carports are available for residents. Harris Branch is part of the S.M.A.R.T. Housing (Safe, Mixed Income, Accessible, Reasonably Priced and Transit Oriented) initiative which stimulates the creation of reasonably priced homes in Austin and requires that all new construction meet Green Building Standards.
